<p>As I promised in the latest Teleconference, here are some gentle audio tracks that will help you prepare your body for your Difference Interviews.</p>
<p>They are based on &#8220;Awareness Through Movement&#8221; lessons from the amazing Feldenkrais Method. They will help you develop a much deeper awareness of your body, improve your voice projection and enable you to have a more engaging body language and powerful posture when you speak.</p>
<p>When doing the movements, do them as small and slowly as possible, so that your brain can take in as much information as possible. This is not a workout, it&#8217;s a chance for a deep re-learning of how you move.</p>
