Feldenkrais Melbourne

October 2010 - Upper Back Comfort

An afternoon Workshop

With Tahnee Woolf

Saturday 2nd October 2010

1.30pm to 6pm in BRUNSWICK

Do you get stiff sitting at the computer?

Are you sick of that ache between your shoulder-blades?

Feeling restricted around your chest and ribs?

Wish you could twist and turn as easily as you used to?

Use the ingenious science of the Feldenkrais Method to learn how to keep your upper back permanently pain-free and flexible. Rediscover the ease of feeling free and mobile again.

The aim of the workshop is to give you simple strategies that you can use at home to keep your upper back free, flexible and free of pain. You will learn about WHY you have upper back pain, and will get to the bottom of the body patterns that are causing it. You will discover new ways of moving that keep your upper back free and flexible at all times.

Treat yourself to an afternoon of self-discovery, deep relaxation and effortless movement. When you get up off the floor at the end of the workshop you are likely to feel more flexible, relaxed, tall and confident. Enjoy!

The workshop will be aimed at beginners to Feldenkrais, but as always it will include movement sequences sophisticated enough for experienced students.

**There are only limited places for this workshop, so you will need to book your spot ASAP!**
